Management of the Law Foundation

Management of the Law Foundation is vested by its constitution in the following persons:

The Chair, a Judge of the Supreme Court of South Australia or the Federal Court of Australia, appointed by the Attorney-General for the time being of the State of South Australia;

Three persons appointed by the Attorney-General for the time being of the State of South Australia;

Three persons appointed by the Law Society of South Australia; and

The Deans for the time being of:

  • the School of Law of Adelaide University, or the Dean's appointee;

  • the School of Law of Flinders University, or the Dean's appointee.
